This is an additional submission, by the Commission, to the Committee on the Rights of the Child (‘the Committee’), in advance of the review of Ireland’s combined fifth and sixth periodic reports during the 92nd session in January 2023.
The purpose of this submission is to update the Committee on relevant factual information and developments since the submission of the Commission’s parallel report in August 2022.
