On April 5th, the Commission hosted an evening seminar with UN Special Rapporteur on Privacy Professor Joseph Cannataci entitled “Government Surveillance Attitudes From a National and International Perspective.”
The seminar was well attended by legal and data privacy professionals. The Commission also provided the ground floor space for Professor Cannataci to conduct high level meetings as part of his country visit and coordinated an interview with the Irish Examiner.
