Three day Irish Human Rights Commission and Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights International Conference on Human Rights Education & Training for the Civil and Public Service commences in Dublin Castle 3-5 December 2013. Representatives from national and local government, law enforcement, national human rights institutions and civil society from more than 30 countries will share their experience in providing human rights training. The event is also supported by the Organization of American States, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, the Council of Europe, the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights, the German and Danish Institutes for Human Rights and Atlantic Philanthropies.
