CareAboutEquality

Gender Equality. Care Equality.

#CareAboutEquality

Women give twice as much time to caring than men.

In 2019, the Commission and the Economic and Social Research Institute joint published a study called “Caring and Unpaid Work in Ireland”. The report examines Irish data collected over more than a decade to investigate involvement in unpaid work in the areas of childcare, care of older adults or those with a disability, and housework. The report is available here.
