Commissioner Suzanne Egan of the IHRC is speaking at the ICCL seminar ‘Preventing Ill-treatment -Ireland and OPCAT’ on Friday 7 September, 2007 (9.30 to 12.30) at the President’s Hall, Law Society, Blackhall Place D7.
