The Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission is delighted to open the public consultation to inform our next Strategy Statement.
In developing our next strategy statement, which will run from 2025-2027, we are consulting widely with the public and our key stakeholders.
We have a statutory duty to produce a Strategy Statement every 3 years.
Our current Strategy Statement 2022-2024 runs until the end of 2024.
We are inviting submissions from people (rights-holders), civil society groups, public bodies and other stakeholders working to eliminate discrimination, and promote and protect human rights and equality.
Your contributions will spotlight issues that you believe we should take into account when we are developing our strategic priorities for the next three years.
The deadline for making a submission has been extended to 5pm, Monday, 22nd April 2024.
