We welcome the first baseline evaluation of Ireland’s implementation of the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (‘Istanbul Convention’) by the Group of Experts on Action against Violence against Women and Domestic Violence (‘GREVIO’).
