The purpose of The PEER-TO-PEER Community Human Rights Platform Project was to create awareness among migrants of their status as rights holders and to build collective capacity, voice and solidarity.
The Peer-to-Peer Community Human Rights Platform provided an engaging and safe space for peer sharing, learning, support and networking.
Through the project, participants explored issues of equality, workplace rights, access to services, participation and discrimination within local communities. It empowered migrants to develop actions that promote and protect human rights, strengthen their voices, and actively participate in their communities.
The project fostered connection, confidence and collective action towards building more inclusive, equal and rights-based communities.
