Please note that following the attached addendum in respect of this RFQ, the deadline for submissions has been extended to 12 noon on Thursday 21st May 2026.
Tenderers are required to take account of the attached addendum notice and the clarification responses, which form part of the RFQ documentation in preparing their submissions.

Clarification Questions and Responses to the RFQ

Please refer to Addendum Number 1 issued in respect of this competition which sets out the applicable position in relation to institutional overheads.
- The RFQ states that travel costs, travel time, subsistence and other incidental expenses will not be reimbursed. Accordingly, where travel is required to deliver the services, tenderers should ensure that any associated costs are fully included within their proposed rates and total fixed price. No additional or separate payments will be made in respect of such costs.
