Cathryn Costello is full professor of Global Refugee and Migration Law at the Sutherland School of Law, University College Dublin, where she is also the Director of the PhD programme. She has also held chairs at the Hertie School, Berlin and at the University of Oxford and retains affiliations at both institutions. She has previous board member experience, including as a member of the board of the Irish Refugee Council and the Governing Bodies of two Oxford Colleges.
