Giulia Morando is a Policy Analyst in the Global Partnerships, Inclusion and Justice Division of the OECD Directorate for Public Governance. She supports OECD Member and Partner countries in advancing gender mainstreaming approaches and promoting gender equality in public life. In this role, she has co-ordinated and supported the implementation of country and regional projects on gender equality and mainstreaming, while also contributing to work on child well-being governance and broader inclusion. Before joining the OECD, she worked for four years at the European Space Agency in Paris, focusing on diversity. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Social Sciences and a Sciences Po-Bocconi Double Master’s degree in International Economic Policy and in Management of International Institutions, with a specialisation in gender issues.
