This guide intends to support Irish civil society to engage with the Universal Periodic Review (UPR). Ireland is scheduled to be reviewed for a fourth time on 10 November 2026, during the 53rd session of the UPR Working Group, and written submissions from stakeholders such as civil society organisations and National Human Rights Institutions (NHRIs) must be submitted to the Office of the High Commissioner of Human Rights by 10 April 2026.
