IHREC’s mission is to build a just and inclusive society that protects and promotes human rights and equality in Ireland. IHREC recognises the importance of promoting these values through our work and in our culture.
Reporting on our Gender Pay Gap is one means through which IHREC intends to operate as a model organisation for implementing human rights and equality in practice, which is a strategic priority in IHREC’s 2025-2027 Strategy Statement. IHREC is also committed to the priorities in the Civil Service Renewal 2030 Strategy and recognises the importance of nurturing an equal, diverse, inclusive, engaged and empowered workforce.
