This report sets out IHREC’s assessment of how well Ireland is protecting workers’ rights under the Revised European Social Charter. It highlights key gaps in areas including working conditions, workplace safety, fair pay, collective bargaining and gender equality at work, and makes practical recommendations to strengthen labour rights and ensure everyone has access to decent, fair and safe work.
