The Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission is seeking quotations for preparing our guide to human rights and equality budgeting. The guide will show how to integrate human rights and equality standards into the budgetary process, under the framework of the Public Sector Equality and Human Rights Duty.
If you are interested in making a submission in response to this RFQ, please forward an application before 12 noon on Friday 29th May 2026 by email to procurement@ihrec.ie with “RFQ Guide to Human Rights and Equality Budgeting” in the subject line.
Requests for clarification can be submitted via email to procurement@ihrec.ie before 12 noon on Friday 22nd May 2026.
