Fógraíocht agus Idirdhealú ar bhonn Stádais Teaghlaigh
Tarlaíonn idirdhealú ar an bhforas stádais teaghlaigh nuair a dhéileáiltear le duine le níos lú fabhair ná mar a dhéileáiltear le duine eile, mar go bhfuil stádas teaghlaigh ag duine amháin acu agus nach bhfuil ag an duine eile nó nach ionann an stádas teaghlaigh atá acu.
‘Ciallaíonn ‘stádas teaghlaigh’ freagracht mar thuismitheoir nó duine in loco parentis do dhuine faoi bhun 18 mbliana d’aois nó freagracht mar thuismitheoir nó príomhchúramóir cónaithe duine atá 18 mbliana d’aois nó níos sine atá faoi mhíchumas agus a dteastaíonn cúram nó tacaíocht uaidh.
Tuairiscigh neamhionannas i bhfógraíocht
Má thagann tú ar fhógra a chreideann tú a dhéanann idirdhealú ar an bhforas stádais teaghlaigh, is féidir leat é a thuairisciú anseo.
Is féidir le Coimisiún na hÉireann um Chearta an Duine agus Comhionannas gearán a chur faoi bhráid an Choimisiúin um Chaidreamh san Áit Oibre nó dul i dteagmháil leis an bhfógróir go díreach i gcás fógraíocht idirdhealaitheach.
Má chreideann tú go bhfuil tionchar díreach ag fógra ar an teacht atá agat ar fhostaíocht, is féidir leat gearán a chur faoi bhráid an Choimisiúin um Chaidreamh san Áit Oibre go díreach.

Cuir gearán faoi bhráid an Choimisiúin um Chaidreamh san Áit Oibre (WRC)
Is é an Coimisiún um Chaidreamh san Áit Oibre (WRC) an príomhchomhlacht a éisteann le gearáin agus a chinneann cúiteamh de bharr idirdhealú faoi dhlíthe comhionannais na hÉireann. Ní bhíonn aon táille ar chás a thabhairt os comhair an Choimisiúin agus is féidir gearáin a dhéanamh ar líne.
