Eileen Flynn is a mother of two and an Independent Senator. As an Irish Traveller Woman Eileen passionately challenges inequalities and marginalisation in society. She made history as the first Traveller ever appointed to the Seanad, and the first Traveller woman in the Oireachtas. In 2020, the BBC listed Eileen among the top 100 inspiring and influential women from around the world.
