Correspondence
This correspondence with the Minister regards the Commission's concern over a lack of pre-legislative scrutiny afforded to the Courts, Civil Law, Criminal Law and Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2024. This Bill amends existing legislation to allow for the revocation of Irish naturalised citizenship. The letter was sent on the 17 July 2024.
