To-date, we have supported over 150 projects across Ireland, helping organisations to amplify and bring forward the voices of those who have experienced barriers to justice.” “This funding is a way to empower people to ensure they can claim their rights and have a voice in the decisions that impact them and to support important rights focused work across communities in Ireland that face discrimination due to race, economic status and disability.”Projects that have received funding in previous years include research programmes, training or resource activities, conferences or events and cultural initiatives. The strict deadline for receipt of applications is Thursday 22nd April at 4pm and full details of the grant scheme are available on the Commission’s website.
