Tinu Achioya is the CEO of Cultúr Migrant Centre, a Peace Commissioner, human rights advocate, and social entrepreneur with more than 28 years of leadership experience in the non profit sector in Ireland and internationally.

As the leader of one of Ireland's leading ethnic led organisations, Tinu has championed equality, inclusion, and social justice, working alongside migrant and ethnically diverse communities to promote integration, community development, and active participation in civic life. Her work spans peacebuilding, conflict resolution, intercultural dialogue, and advocacy, creating opportunities for individuals and communities to thrive.

Tinu holds a BA (Hons) in Community Development from Dundalk Institute of Technology and an MPhil in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation from Trinity College Dublin.

Through her leadership, advocacy, and commitment to inclusive communities, Tinu continues to influence policy, empower communities, and inspire women, families, and emerging leaders across Ireland.
