Submission to the Third Universal Periodic Review Cycle for Ireland

Following our engagement with the Universal Periodic Review (“UPR”) process in 2015 and 2019, the Commission makes this submission to the Human Rights Council as part of the third cycle review of Ireland, the content for which is drawn from the Commission’s ongoing programme of research, monitoring and legal casework.
